CabMaster
Developed by Morbern’s Technical Group to meet the needs of molded product applications customers, CabMaster is an extruded vinyl that is applied directly to foam during the manufacturing process. The outcome is a product with improved stretch allowing for better formability, especially in deep draw applications.
Most applications for deep draw headliner require a foam backing. In the past, this meant sending the vinyl with fabric backing to a laminator, who flame laminates foam to the back side of the vinyl. Because the fabric backing step has been eliminated in CabMaster, the product has improved stretch and formability, making it ideal for higher draw-down areas such as a deep-draw headliners.
CabMaster is available in 60” width.
